Calico Basin is on the occupied territory of the Newe (Western Shoshone) and Southern Paiute people.
Calico Basin is just before Red Rock without the entrance fee. Full of beautiful hiking trails, seasonal creek, rock climbing, scrambling and a rock maze. This is defiantly one of my families top favorite spots.
